Dylan Park

Dylan's family moved to Costa Rica when he was less than a year old where he experienced early childhood playing in the same jungle and same beaches his children now play. His family then moved to Hawaii, where, for 12 years, Dylan's passion for surfing and love of the ocean grew. In 2006, after attending the University of Western Oregon on a baseball scholarship and graduating with a degree in Business Administration, he moved back to Costa Rica to run the family's organic farm. While studying Spanish and learning the unique and beautiful culture of Costa Rica, Dylan built a very successful surf camp, Sunset Surf Dominical, which he continues to run today.

Dylan's profound knowledge of the area has proven invaluable as a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker. As a top producer in 2017 thru 2020, he is a certified Coldwell Banker Global Luxury agent, 2018 CB International Sterling Society, 2019 CB International Presidents Circle, 2020 CB International Diamond Society, and Dylan is recognized in the top 10% of all Coldwell Banker agents Globally 2018-2020.  He is an active member of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and CRGAR (Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors).

Dylan is also active in the local community; was on the board of directors for ASANA, a non-profit organization working to re-connect the biological corridors, donated his time to lifeguard the beaches in Dominical, and helped with a non-profit that teaches women and children self-defense.
